Our CNC machines offer efficiency and flexibility...
All eight CNC machines are connected to our “MasterCam” CAD/CAM programming system that allows for speed and accuracy in downloading programs. We have two on-site programmers who work well with engineers to ensure the final product meets all blueprint specifications. They are proficient at using 3D IGES and DFX files, utilizing the latest technologies of “MasterCam.” With many of our client’s work having up to a .0004 tolerance, our staff can detail the most intricate of designs.

MATSUURA 405 H PLUS HORIZONTAL MILL – This equipment has a true 4th axis capability and can run at 1,968 inches per minute on parts as large as 23" in the X, Y, & Z. The tool to tool speed is 1.3 seconds and has a tool changer capacity of 80 tools. The pallet changer enables us to run up to 16 components at a time which translates to some very exciting efficiencies. The optional laser that is present on the Matsuura 405 H+ enables the ultimate in precision tool setting.

MORI SEIKI SH-400 HORIZONTAL MILL – This machine, with a pallet changer, allows us to run multiple operations, using up to 40 tools. The speed, accuracy and efficiecies of this mill reduce normal production times up to 75%. At 12,000 rpm, this equipment can handle dimensions up to 22 inches on the "x" axis and up to 20 inches on the "y" axis

MORI SEIKI TV-30 – The Mori Seiki TV-30 drill/tap machining center, can tap multiple hole patterns faster than conventional machining centers


MORI SEIKI SL-150 and SL-15 – The two Mori Seiki lathes, the SL-150 and the SL-15 are both durable and reliable, focusing on parts with very tight tolerances. Their size capability using a chuck is 10 inches in diameter and 20 inches long. The spindle can handle 1 5/8 inch diameter material, for handling large production runs, using an automatic bar puller.

MATSUURA 800VF – The Matsuura 800VF vertical mill is the “workhorse” of the shop. The 15,000-rpm spindle significantly reduces production time for long-run soft metal parts.

MATSUURA 800 VPLUS - The spindle turns up to12,000 rpm and rapids traverse at 1,968 inches per minute. This equipment can move a lot of material quickly as it performs tool changes in less than .9 seconds. The Seimans control and memory capacity make this machine very user friendly for cross-training.

MATSUURA 600VF – The Matsuura 600VF vertical mills are both very reliable and offer flexibility in setups. They allow us to perform larger quantity runs with the tougher metals.

BRIDGEPORT – The two Bridgeport milling machines, with digital readouts and a power feed on the x-axis, allows us to do some of the prototype work.
