QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We have adopted several processes within the ISO 9001-2000 framework. Some of the key processes within our Quality Control Manual include the following steps:
1. All tools are inspected, calibrated, and certified annually.
2. Statistical Process Control is followed on all parts.
3. First articles are documented on every part.
4. Employee performance is measured against high standards as part of our performance review process.
5. Suppliers and Sub-contractors must meet stringent ongoing requirements to maintain a business relationship.

		BROWNE AND SHARP AUTOMATED CMM Using our automated coordinate measuring machine, we can identify whether the component we have manufactured is within the acceptable tolerance range, by simply selecting the appropriate program. A print out of key measurements accompanies the delivery of our product, if required. We're able to download print files, select the key locations to measure, and then we let the automated articulating probe do its job.

QUALITY MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS Each job along with every part is tracked from the quote through the payment of invoice on our VISTA manufacturing system, with the most current version, X2, now operating. This high-end software program allows us to track unlimited historical data including machine operator efficiencies, machine production, part quotes, and revision changes, just to name a few. With the most current version now operating, we are able to answer most client questions upon inquiry, without undo delay. This also allows for easy search, reuse and adaptation to other product development efforts – resulting in faster time-to-market, higher quality and lower cost.
